Sitting at Zwei Brewing in Fort Collins, Colorado, sharing some of their favorite craft beers, Lavelle and Alex saw an opportunity to help your small brewery, distillery, or craft beverage production source better and cheaper ingredients from all over the world which are necessary for your creations. Traditionally, hop brokers and producers have forced small producers into long contracts, binding you into expensive relationships that may not serve your operation long term. To provide an alternative solution in the marketplace, we started Source of Nature – a locally-owned, small business right here in Colorado.
